Eat for your health and to limit disease risk

As I have written previously, there truly is no "forbidden food".

The primary guide in terms of how your eat should be with regards to your health and which diseases or disease risks you have.

Based on genetics and lifestyle many people have developed certain disease markers. The goal of our modified regression diet is to eliminate any disease which has progressed in your body and assist you in optimal function.

With those goals in mind you can enjoy the foods you eat. In fact, the only way any program can be successful is if the guidelines you are prescribed and the diet you select is one which fits into your lifestyle and you can follow for a lifetime.

With that in mind, any food which is "less nutritious" can still be eaten - just in moderation and within the limits of those nutrients which predispose bad health.

So enjoy your indulgences and eat them in ways you know they are not negatively impacting you.
