Simply Fit Cycling Team Mission:
To promote a healthy lifestyle and to enhance the sport of cycling
through a community and family-oriented organization. Code of Conduct: Simply Fit Cycling Team members are expected
to uphold a higher standard of conduct. Becoming a team member and
wearing the team uniform means that the individual has accepted these
standards. Please try to represent your team and your sponsors in a
professional and sportsman?s-like manner at all times. Mandatory Helmet Policy: Simply Fit Cycling Team requires all
team members wearing the Simply Fit uniform and straddling a bicycle
to obey the mandatory helmet policy. Simply Fit believes in setting
the example for obeying this life-saving policy. Rules of the Road: Simply Fit Cycling Team members, are
required to follow traffic laws. Simply Fit?s policy for safe group
rides states that if your are the with a group of riders who make it
through a changing traffic light, come to a full stop on the other
side of the intersection. To avoid becoming a hazard yourself, always
vocally alert others in the pack of your intention to stop. Wait for
the remaining riders stopped at the signal and then continue together.
The running of red lights in illegal and not condoned. Please take
this very seriously! Use common sense and courtesy for other riders
and drivers in traffic and assume responsible riding habits.
